2 PART DISPENSING

Specifically developed to process materials and applications requiring variable-ratio functionality, the SP100 incorporates reliable, proven technology in order to meter precise doses or accurate beads of a mixed product within a wide range of applications. SP100 also features electric inverter drive motor control in order to provide precise control over material ratio, flow rate and shot size with the added benefit of continuous flow rate. Whether used for RIM casting of large automotive bumpers or applying uninterrupted beads for filter manufacturing or gasket forming, the SP100 offers a reliable solution to many dispensing requirements. In addition, the SP100 can also be interfaced with automated systems for fully or semi-automatic applications.
